Of Food
Breakfast: Coffee + Kaya Butter Toast
Lunch: Two vege dishes + Fried Fish
Dinner: Oh no…. I ate a lot today! Pork chop, miso soup, chawan mushi, fried salmon skin, orange slices

Of Exercise
Skipped gym today

Of Statistics
Weight: 75 kg + whatever crap I had during dinner *burp*
Waist: 38″ (since I still fit into my pants!)

Of Amusement
Was feeling down today… and lethargic. Perhaps it was the many late nights I had been having, coupled with stress at work. So didn’t go to gym as planned… instead, I had a full course dinner! I thought I deserved a treat, since I had been having little or no dinner over 2 weeks now. But somehow the dinner didn’t brought me the rush of pleasures like usual. Which brought to mind a line from FRIENDS: “Remember, Monica, food is food, not love…”

Breakfast: Peanut button crackers + 3-in-1 coffee
Lunch: Rice with fried egg + vegetable + fish in bean sauce
Dinner: Cut fruits – guava and honeydew

Of Exercise
Didn’t go to gym today – got class!

Weight: 75 kg
Waist: 38″

Of Amusement

You know sometimes your shit actually cause your weight to be more than it actually is? Yes, I mean shit, literally. Faeces, or whatever it’s call. I know it is happening to me because I have not been, uh, “flushing” well. So I bought one large bottle of prune juice – a known effective laxative for me. Was drinking it during my evening class.

Big Mistake.

I almost had to run home on my way back. Every single second was a torture. The feeling was so unbearable that, once I closed my house door, I throw off everything, took off my pants and almost jumped my way to the toilet.

Needless to say, the “flush” is immediate. Satisfying. Relieving.

Come to think of it, perhaps I did exercise today, after all. That was some major butt-clenching exercise I did there!

Ooops, I think it is coming again… Urgh!

Dinner: Ice lemon tea

Why do people wear their briefs in the steam room?

Fat-Slim-Me: The Beginning

I had always wanted to start a weight-loss blog. Kinda inspired by a feature on such blogs in the Straits Times some months back…. but I was simply too lazy to get started. Or (more likely) too ashamed to share my “open secrets”

While I was having shower, I thought.. heck, why not? Maybe by telling the world what I’m doing, I won’t give up so easily. Perhaps I will feel obliged to see my slimming process through.

So here I am, starting my very own weight-loss-blog campaign. All my posts related to weight loss efforts will be titled… Fat-Slim-Me.
